a. We may need to reject your order in certain circumstances, e.g., where the requested product is not available or when there is an error in the price or the product description posted on the website.

c. When an order placed for products through the website that we accept results in a separate binding agreement between you and us for the supply of those products and your subsequent receipt. 6. Payment Methods
a. We accept credit/debit cards like VISA, MasterCard, AMEX and PayPal.
b. Please ensure provide your exact billing address and telephone number to our payment processor – the address and phone number your bank has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause either a delay or rejection in processing your order.
c. Your credit card, mobile wallet, bank or PayPal account will be billed as soon as your order is placed and a confirmation will be emailed to you as soon as you complete your online order. This is done in order to protect the security of your credit card, mobile wallet or bank account details, as we do not store such details at any point.
d. We will refund the difference back to your credit card, mobile wallet, bank or PayPal account In the event that we cannot fulfill your order or some items cannot be shipped. These refunds may take several business days to appear on your account.
7. Delivery of Products
a. After ordering online, an email confirmation from TechMix will be sent to you containing an order reference and order details. However, we cannot guarantee your receipt of the order confirmation email taking into consideration the email communication and the various filters that mail systems use. If you have email whitelisting functionality, please add the email address orders@TechMix to ensure emails are not sent to your junk mail.
b. Our products are delivered by courier or postal service within Bangladesh. We do not currently deliver to other countries.
c. You may receive multiple deliveries for your order that will be described at the point of checkout.
d. The shipping fee for your order depends on the option chosen at checkout. However, in most cases the shipping will be included in the quoted price.
e. You acknowledge and agree that any person who receives the products at the delivery address is authorized by you to receive your order. If no person is available to collect your order at the time the same is delivered, the delivery service will leave instructions on how you can collect your order from the nearest post office or courier office.
8. Intellectual Property
a. You acknowledge and consent that all content on or provided through this Website, including, but not limited to software, logos, illustrations, images, texts, data, whether tangible or intangible is protected by copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights which are controlled and owned by Techmix. or by third parties that have licensed their Content or the right to market and sell their products to TechMix.
